Seized $10 million in the Bahamas for a large Canadian brokerage firm.
An international kiting operation emanating from Nassau were clearing
checks in Toronto and returned to Nassau for payment and depositing the
monies in Montreal. One of Canada's largest banks lost $40 million. ALRI
worked undercover and recovered all of the bank's money.
