
Richard C. Bulman Jr.
Richard C. Bulman, Jr., Associate and member of the Business, Corporate &
Finance Practice Group, has practiced law since 1988, specializing in the areas
of corporate, technology, intellectual property, international and securities
law. Through practice as an attorney in law firm settings and in-house for
publicly-traded companies, Mr. Bulman has substantial experience in all material
aspects of the company building process including formation, early stage and
venture funding, intellectual asset protection, knowledge management, business
transactions, marketing and distribution and mergers and acquisitions.
He has also participated in numerous international transactions from
negotiating financing, manufacturing and licensing deals to putting together
joint ventures and counseling clients transacting business in Central America,
South America, the Caribbean, Europe, South Africa, Singapore, China, Poland,
the Czech Republic, Bermuda and India.
A former staffer in the New York State Senate and the New York State
Department of Economic Development, Mr. Bulman has spoken at numerous seminars
and has written a number of articles for professional, trade, regional and
online publications on subjects relating to technology, international electronic
commerce, privacy and other business related topics.
